1. Purchase four or more participating products (refer to Addendum “A” for a complete list of products) in a single transaction from Kemp’s LLC, Kraft Foods, Kellogg Co, McCain Foods USA, Birds Eye Foods, Heinz North America, Sara Lee US Food and Beverage, Pinnacle Foods, or Nestle USA, Inc. (“Sponsors”), beginning March 1, 2009 through March 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Dates”). Follow the steps below and you will receive a card for Ten (10) Free Music Downloads. All Music Deals Offer requests must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

2. MAIL ALL OF THE BELOW, in a properly stamped envelope: (a) Legibly hand print your valid name, U.S. street address (no P.O. Boxes), phone number, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3x5 card or blank piece of 3x5 paper; (b) a dated store identified, cash register receipt for the four participating products purchased beginning March 1, 2009 through March 31, 2009 with the purchase prices circled; and (c) the original UPC codes, neatly cut, located on your product’s packaging, to:

All Music Deals Offer requests must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase during the Promotion Dates and received by the fulfillment agency no later than 2 weeks after the postmarked date.

Participating products purchased before or after the Promotion Dates are not eligible for the mail-in offer. Purchase date is determined by date printed on sales receipt. Music Deals Offer requests from Post Office Boxes will not be accepted, and Music Deals Offer requests with invalid, undeliverable and non-U.S. mailing addresses will be rejected. The Sponsors are not responsible for printing errors or for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail.

Music Deals Offer requests must include all components listed in Section 2 above.Incomplete or illegible Music Deals Offer requests will not be honored. Omission of any necessary information will result in a letter notification of ineligibility and will require re-submission. Offer rights cannot be assigned or transferred and this offer is void outside of Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Offer not available to manufacturers or resellers. No substitutes or rainchecks. Keep copies of all materials submitted because Music Deal Offer requests become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Music Deals Offer not valid in conjunction with corporate or bulk discounts. The Music Deals Offer is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania for the resolution of all claims and disputes. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
